This is an engraving by Elizabeth Blackwell from 1739 of “The Female Hemp”. Today, some of you miscreants may be celebrating 4/20. LIVE had a program May of 2011 with Ralph Nader, Ted Turner and Peter Lewis titled “Only the Super-Rich Can Save Us!”, which turned to marijuana legality and the benefits of the plant. Lewis is a huge advocate for medical marijuana, and is largely responsible for some legislative turnover in the U.S. To watch/listen to the program, check out the short or the full length program…
